
Ingredients:
- 120gr raw tuna (previously frozen 72h)
- ½ Avocado
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 2 radishes
- 80 gr of sprouts or salad
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 grated ginger
- ½ cucumber
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Prepare, wash and cut the avocado, cucumber, sprouts or salad and coriander.
3. Cut the tuna into cubes
4. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl
5. Season with the soy sauce, the juice of ½ lemon and the chia seeds.
