The usual never fails! Tomato with avocado. A safe recipe, easy to prepare, rich and very healthy.
Ingredients:
- 6 cherry tomatoes or 1 tomato
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- pumpkin seeds optional
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation:
We wash the tomatoes and cut them into small tacos. Next, we remove the skin from the avocado and also cut it into small cubes. Once we have everything cut, we help ourselves with a spoon and add in the bread toast, first the avocado and then the tomato in tacos. Optional, add some pumpkin seeds on top. A little oil and salt on top and … Ready to eat!
