LIGHT DINNERS

If you have the habit of snacking before going to bed, you should know that avoiding it will minimize the amount of calories you eat. In general, snacks contain a lot of sugar and carbohydrates, which is not convenient for us and even less when going to bed. Second, if you don’t eat too late, you will be prolonging your overnight fast, and we already know that it has been shown to produce positive metabolic changes, such as reduced triglycerides, blood glucose, fat mass and weight.

In order to achieve better results if you are looking to lose weight, follow this 10 day challenge with a very light dinner and at least 2 hours of going to bed.

We have prepared 10 light dinner options to help you complete your challenge, there is no specific order. We advise you to grill the meat with almost no oil, or a little extra virgin olive oil. Vegetables steamed or boiled in water.

OPTION 1: chicken breast with broccoli

OPTION 2: turkey fillets with mushrooms

OPTION 3: cuttlefish with grilled artichokes

OPTION 4: lettuce tacos with chicken breast

OPTION 5: fruit salad with natural nuts

OPTION 6: vegetable bowl (whole grains, roasted vegetables and chicken, tuna or tofu)

OPTION 7: zucchini noodles with basil and tomatoes

OPTION 8: Wild Rice Salad with Lemon Dressing, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Grapes, Paprika, and Edamame

OPTION 9: green beans with natural nuts

OPTION 10: steamed salmon with boiled potato
