Ingredients for 1 person:
- 200 gr of cooked lentils
- 1 grilled free-range chicken breast fillet
- 2 cherry tomatoes or ½ tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 radish
- 80 gr of sprouts or lettuce
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper
- ½ tablespoon ground Cumin
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Wash all the vegetables, peel and cut the radish and avocado into slices and the cherry tomatoes in two.
Prepare the grilled chicken fillet with a little extra virgin olive oil, once the fillet is well done, cut it into slices.
Choose a large plate and place the lentils, aside the avocado, radish, chicken, and sprouts or lettuce.
Drizzle your plate with the juice of ½ lemon, pour the oil on top of the avocado, tomatoes and sprouts. Salt and pepper to taste your dish, and finally the final touch, add the cumin and chia seeds.
