- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- Extra virgin olive oil

preparation:
We remove the skin from the kiwi and cut it into small pieces. Preferably that the ripe kiwi is. Next, we remove the skin from the avocado and crush it well until it makes a paste. Once we get that paste, mix it with the kiwi. The obtained dough is spread on the two slices of toasted bread, we add a little oil and salt on top and … ready to eat!
