Funfitt self assessment quiz

Funfitt self assessment quiz

Let’s celebrate life!

Make gratitude your attitude!

How many of you feel under appreciated?

And How many of you feel

William James, a renowned psychologist and philosopher,  said that the most fundamental psychological need is to feel appreciated.

I’m sure we all want to feel appreciated for our accomplishments. For all the hard work we’ve put into existence. for our sincere devotion. For the love we give.

And while many of us feel this way, we feel that we show our appreciation to others. But here is the disconnect.

What we perceive we give is not necessarily what others perceive they receive.

Showing appreciation is not simply a matter of intention, it is a matter of your priorities and actions.

And while we desire to be more appreciated by others, to what extent isn’t that a reflection of ourselves.

To what extent do we appreciate our own life. to what extent do we show self love.

You know when me make gratitude our attitude

and change our expectation into appreciation

our entire life and world changes.

Scientific studies show that  an improved mental, physical and emotional well being can be linked with actively practicing gratitude.

Expressing gratitude has been associated with a greater activation on the medial prefrontal cortex, an area of the brain associated with learning and decision making.

When we train the brain by practicing gratitude we becomemore aware of the environment around us.

My mentor says, no one of us can exist in isolation. To be aware that we are all connected and share our existence on this beautiful earth. To thank our parents for our existence is a basis of appreciation we all can share.

A study at the University of California at Berkeley shows that gratitude positively effects those with anxiety and depression, which shows that we benefit from expressing gratitude at all times.

It might be easy to express gratitude for all the great fortune we have acquired throughout our lives. But can you also feel grateful and show your gratitude for all the misery and difficulties you have faced in your live.

I know this may sound very hard. And perhaps you might not even understand why you should be grateful for our your misery.

Well may I share my thought about this?

Yes?

Great, thank you!

What has shaped your character more? All the fortune you have acquired or all the misery you have endured?

Exactly the second. It is through our obstacles when we face them, while not harboring any fear that we grow in life and develop a can do attitude.

Remember when make our gratitude our attitude everything changes.

Why? because if you can see that any obstacle you may face is an opportunity to grow.

Now I would like you to finish the following sentences:

I am thankful because ….

Life is beautiful because…

My body is …

my greatest wish is to ….

I am fit, smart and ….

I deserve to live …

Well done, this is just for you! you don’t need to share it with anyone (ofcourse you can if you will), but the point is that I would like you to fill in the same questions each week this month and then when the month is completed to look back and self reflect. how do you feel now?

To your success!!!
