Detox smoothie with berries
A perfect blend of sweetness and acidity of red fruits. Serve it fresh, add coconut milk at the end.
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup red berries
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds (prozis)

We will start the day with a fasting detox smoothie, we will use more vegetables than fruit, always wholesome to have all the fiber, so we will make smoothies and not juices, we will not use a blender, we will take advantage of all the fruit and vegetables. We recommend that it is only once a day.
These smoothies are very nutritious, and not very caloric. They are perfect to purify your body, reduce heaviness, fluid retention, bloating and gastrointestinal discomfort.
You can enrich them to your liking with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, sesame, flax, chia or spirulina and the spices that you like, for example, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, ginger.
Simply blend and taste it!
