Here are 40 foods that comply with the DETOX concept.

The first group, green leaves, these foods will help us combat fluid retention, for example, they will purify and detoxify our organs, they are all very rich in vitamins A and C and minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.

The second group, cabbages, are also high in vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidant and detoxifying properties. Cabbages are rich in water and fiber without forgetting their anti-inflammatory properties.

With this list we have no excuses to start our detox diet, our advice is to always consume vegetables cooked with little water or steamed so that they do not lose their properties, whole fruit is always better than in juice. Replace whole grain rice and pasta with vegetable or whole grain pasta and brown rice.
