- Get rid of distractions
Put your phone away when you are trying to get some work done. I find that when you focus on getting something done, after you finished the task you are completely free and able to enjoy your free time. Also you will feel less stressed as a result getting the energy for your next task.
2. Break your goals down into smaller tasks —> so it’s easier to achieve one goal, which gives you a more fulfilled feeling and renew energy
3. Celebrate your victories. Don’t only celebrate big victories, in fact celebrate your small victories. When you celebrate something you regain energy which helps you to keep up the momentum to go on.
4. Visualize and write your goals down. The brain is wired as such that when you write things down, your entire being will be more tuned into your respective goal leading to a higher chance of accomplishing that.
