How would your life be if you’d feel truly thankful each day?

I count my blessings for what I have in this world.

How often do you say this? never, sometimes, everyday…?

Can you really notice the good things in your life?

Can you list 5 things you are grateful for today?

Are you thankful for what you have, although you don’t have everything you want?

William James, a renowned psychologist and philosopher,  said that the most fundamental psychological need is to feel appreciated. So shouldn’t we start we self appreciating ourselves then?
