Problem, quote “a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome”
Einstein said: “If I had an hour to solve a problem I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solution.”
According to Einstein the quality of the solution is believed to be in direct proportion to the ability to identify the problem you hope to solve.
Let me rephrase, the impact of your solution is determined by your precision to identify the problem.
If you can’t define the problem, you can’t find the solution.
This is why weight isn’t your problem!
WHY? BECAUSE WEIGHT IS THE RESULT!!!
THE QUESTION IS WHAT CAUSED YOUR WEIGHT (GAIN OR LOSS)
Every single belief and action in the universe produces a reaction (/result)
This universal law is the law of cause and effect.
Every effect is a combination of an internal and external cause.
you need to water the seed to grow a plant.
The water being external (eg rain), the seed (internal) and the growing plant, the effect aka result.
The only way to change your physical world is to change your inner world.
The same way as weight is a result, money is a result and so is happiness a result.
It all comes down to your belief and the choices you make.
Have you seen anyone who teaches a table how to walk, although it has four legs?
But apparently we all believe a child can learn how to walk although it has only two legs?
So isn’t it true that our belief determines our actions and therefore results.
So are you aware of the beliefs, habits and causes that can help you achieve your goals or not?
Do you know what prevents you from accomplishing your results?
I personally find it rather challenging to go to bed early. At night I am always full with thoughts and ideas.
And I realized that by making a small change (ie going to bed earlier), everything else seemed to be much easier the next day.
I take the time to prepare a healthy breakfast, chant in the morning and start my day full of energy and a can do attitude.
Rather than starting your day rushing through it and finding that everything in your way prevents you from getting the things done you really aim to do.
let’s focus on what the root cause is what sets us back and you will notice a huge change in your live.
Remember weight is not a problem, your weight is the result of the causes you make day by day.
