Water melon, watermelon and ginger

Are you very hot during this summer heatwave and want to cool off with a healthy drink? The water of melon, watermelon and ginger is a perfect combination.

Melon is rich in antioxidants and fiber, watermelon has many vitamins and minerals, in addition to being good for the heart and ginger prevents flu, colds and facilitates digestion among many other benefits.

Benefits of the mix:

  • Help you lose weight
  • Regulates intestinal transit
  • Promotes the functioning of the kidneys
  • Diuretic
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Improves blood circulation
  • Strengthens the immune system

Ingredients for 1.5 liters:

  • 1.5 liters
  • 1 thin slice of watermelon
  • 1 thin slice of melon
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • 2 vanilla pods

Preparation:

Remove the melon and watermelon seeds and cut the fruit into small pieces. Next, we put it in a jar along with the fennel and vanilla. Then pour about 1.5 liters of water and let it stand cold for 15 to 20 minutes.
