Kiwi with avocado

Let’s play mix rich things! Kiwi with avocado. From two rich and healthy things only something doubly rich and healthy can come out. This recipe was taught to me by Stanley and I fell in love with its flavor. To see if you like it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

preparation:

We remove the skin from the kiwi and cut it into small pieces. Preferably that the ripe kiwi is. Next, we remove the skin from the avocado and crush it well until it makes a paste. Once we get that paste, mix it with the kiwi. The obtained dough is spread on the two slices of toasted bread, we add a little oil and salt on top and … ready to eat!

My advice is to eat them for breakfast or as a healthy snack during the day. Remember that avocado provides energy, lowers cholesterol, is an antioxidant, contains folic acid and is richer in potassium than bananas. In turn, the kiwi contains a lot of fiber so it helps you lose weight and does not retain fluids
