Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 ½ tablespoons ground oats
A handful of spinach
1 pinch of baking powder (chemical yeast)
Ground cinnamon to taste
1 tablespoon of non-dairy milk (unsweetened almonds)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Cook in a non-stick pan or use ghee or coconut oil for its preparation, as if they were pancakes.
Accompany with fresh fruit and use toppings such as Greek yogurt (without sugar), honey.
No need to sweeten with refined sugar.
