Herbed salmon and avocado

Ingredients for 1 person: 

  • 1 fresh salmon fillet 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon coriander kernels 
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper 
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin 
  • ½ teaspoon dill powder 
  • 1 avocado

To accompany: 

  • Radish and zucchini 
  • Sprouts (alpha or soy sprouts) 
  • Chia seeds 
  • Pumpkin seeds

Place the salmon fillet on top of a sheet of aluminum foil on your oven tray. Mix in a bowl the olive oil and all the seasonings, paint the salmon fillet with the mixture. 

Cover the salmon and let it rest in a cool place for 20 minutes. 

Preheat the oven to 180ºC in Grill mode Place the salmon in the oven and leave it for 5 minutes Turn it over and leave it for another 5 minutes Cut the avocado into slices 

Place the salmon on top of the avocado slices 

Cut the radish and zucchini into very thin slices and garnish the dish with it. 

Pour the sprouts, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds over the plate to add color and flavor. 

This recipe is very complete and healthy, the combination of fish, avocado, sprouts, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds contains a high level of healthy fats necessary to prevent cardiovascular disease, level cholesterol, activate your immune system and help you sleep better. . 

Salmon is a fish rich in healthy fat, it contains a lot of omega 3, it is a source of protein and vitamins B and D. It protects our cardiovascular system, reduces our blood pressure. It is recommended to eat fish at least 3 times a week.
