
You can keep it for 3 days, keep the mixture in a glass jar.
Ingredients for three servings:
- 80 gr of whole oats
- 300cl of water (you can add vegetable almond milk or oatmeal if you want it to be more creamy)
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
Preparation:
Heat the ingredients over medium heat, continuing to mix for about 7 minutes
Serve with some berries such as blueberries and raspberries, kiwi and banana, add Chia seeds and some goji berries 🙂
